The 2022 ADSA Annual Meeting will be hybrid for those of you who are unable to travel to Kansas City.
For the virtual portion of the hybrid meeting, starting Monday, June 13, you are able to log in to the meeting app, peruse the pre-recorded virtual presentations along with live-streamed symposia and roundtables, leave comments and questions for presenters, and familiarize yourself with the virtual content. On Friday, June 24, all meeting attendees will be able to log in to the meeting platform or meeting app for live discussion sessions on the virtual-only scientific programming.
TIPS FOR NAVIGATING THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
We have nearly 1,100 abstracts this year, which you will be able to access through pre-recorded or live-streamed sessions on the 2022 ADSA Meeting Virtual Platform. That's a lot of virtual dairy science! We have created several tools to help you see, hear, and talk about all of that science.
Once registered for the meeting, you will use your ADSA username and password to access the meeting virtual platform. If you have forgotten your username or password, visit adsa.org/forgot to look up or reset your credentials.
Join the 2022 Annual Meeting Virtual Platform
Once logged in, you will be at the meeting home page — your “information station” during the Virtual Annual Meeting.
The Help and Discussion area will be staffed by ADSA staff from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CDT) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
The main tabs on the home page help you navigate to the main areas of the site: Home, Program, Calendar, Science Sections, Sponsors/Exhibitors, and More.
The red, blue, green, and black buttons on the home page (shown below) will help you navigate to the main locations online where events will take place:

Please note: Events for undergraduate and graduate students will be hosted in-person.
The Graduate Student competitions judging sessions will be held virtually before the annual meeting. To view the competitors’ pre-recorded presentations, visit the Presentation Competitions section of the virtual meeting platform.

DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE MEETING APP
Downloading and using the ADSA22 meeting app is another way to organize your schedule and read abstracts:
- To download the app, please visit the App Store or Google Play, download and launch the EventPilot Conference App, and then search for "ADSA22."
- If you previously used this app for a different conference, launch it, click "More" from the home screen, choose "Find Event," and then enter "ADSA22."
- If you prefer, you can sign into the desktop version of the virtual platform here: https://eventpilotadmin.com/web/planner.php?id=ADSA22.
PROGRAM AND ABSTRACT BOOKS
If you prefer the printed page, we have created online versions of the traditional abstract and program books. You can download them, print them out or mark them up, and use them to create your schedule and plan out your days at the ADSA 2022 Annual Meeting. Simply find the presentations you'd like to see, note the abstract numbers, and then go to the ADSA 2022 Virtual Meeting and navigate as described above.
*Please note: The 2022 ADSA Meeting Virtual Platform will have the most up-to-date schedule.
