The meeting starts on June 19, 2022! During the week in Kansas City, you can expect great scientific programming, along with an outstanding lineup of networking events where you can reconnect with friends and colleagues and catch up after a long three years.
For the virtual portion of the hybrid meeting, starting Monday, June 13, you are able to log in to the meeting app, peruse the pre-recorded and virtual-only presentations, leave comments and questions for presenters, and familiarize yourself with the virtual content. On Friday, June 24, all meeting attendees will be able to log in to the meeting app for live discussion sessions on the virtual-only scientific programming.

2022 ADSA Mobile App: Using the ADSA 2022 mobile app (for Android and iOS devices), you can browse sessions, read abstracts, view virtual presentations, build a personal schedule, view content offline, connect with other meeting attendees, share photos, and start discussions—all from within the app.
- To download the app, please visit the App Store or Google Play, download and launch the EventPilot Conference App, and then search for "ADSA22."

Q. What will be in-person?
A. Everything you’ve missed from the pre-pandemic conferences! We will have over three days of oral and poster sessions, symposia and platform sessions, workshops, roundtables, receptions and networking events, exhibitors, a fun run, student events, awards, and don’t forget the daily ice cream breaks! We will even have NEW events, like the All-Attendee Luncheon and the Closing Reception on Wednesday. Plus, the meeting is hybrid, so we will have additional scientific programming from our virtual-only presenters, available on the 2022 ADSA Meeting Virtual Platform and on the meeting app!
Q. As an in-person attendee, do I have access to the virtual portion of the meeting?
A. Yes! Just log in on the 2022 ADSA Meeting Mobile App or the 2022 ADSA Meeting Virtual Platform to access the virtual content.
Q. How do I log in to the virtual meeting?
A. Once you are registered, you can log in on the 2022 ADSA Meeting Virtual Platform or download the 2022 ADSA Meeting Mobile App.

Q. Will anything be virtual-only?
A. Yes. There will be virtual-only presentations available to all attendees through the meetings virtual platform and on the meeting app. Some of those “On Demand” presentations will have sessions on Friday, June 24, for live discussions via Zoom.

A. In the virtual meeting platform, use the discussion feature available by clicking on an abstract. We will also have live discussion sessions for virtual presenters on Friday, June 24.
