Oral Presentation Slides Upload:
All oral and symposium PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded in advance, either online or in the speaker upload room onsite (Shaw Centre Room 107). No presentations or changes will be accepted while your assigned session is in progress, between presentations, or during breaks. Files will not be accepted by email or file upload services (e.g., Dropbox.)
The deadline for advance online uploading of oral presentations is 11:59 p.m. CDT Tuesday, June 20, 2023. If you do not upload your presentation online by the deadline, then you must upload your oral presentation in room 107 at the convention center by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled oral presentation; no exceptions will be made.
Each oral session room will be equipped with a laptop computer configured with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, an LCD projector, laser pointer/slide advancer, and standard audio equipment (podium and lavaliere microphones.) The use of personal laptop computers for presentations in the session rooms is not permitted.
Download an optional branded PowerPoint template to help with your presentation.
