Download the mobile app in the Apple App store or on Google play, then enter “ADSA23.” Or download and launch the EventPilot conference app, and then search for “ADSA23.” If you previously used this app for a different conference, click “More” from the home screen, choose “Find Event,” and then enter “ADSA23.”
Use the web platform
Access THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
Once registered for the meeting, you will use your ADSA username and password to access the meeting’s digital program. If you have forgotten your username or password, visit adsa.org/forgot to look up or reset your credentials.
After logging in, you will be at the meeting home page--your “information station” during the Annual Meeting.
This home page information and a Help page for more details are available via the app or web platform menu in the “More” option. In the app, the menu is at the bottom of the app home page, including an additional QR reader for the event. In the web platform, the menu is at the top of the home page.
NAVIGATE THE SCHEDULE AND MEETING CONTENT
The blue buttons on the home page help you navigate to the event programming, including Symposia & Workshops, Orals, Posters, Student Events, and Ceremonies & Social Events.
Once you’ve clicked into the content, select the “filter” option in the top right corner of each page to filter further by day, scientific section, presentation or event format, and admittance.
FILTER MEETING CONTENT
The yellow buttons allow you to navigate by section (or content topics), abstract, or presenter.
Once you’ve clicked into the abstract content, select the “filter” option in the top right corner (or left-hand side on the web platform) to filter further by scientific section, presentation type, and format.

Not sure where to go? Use the Happening Now button to see exactly what programming is happening at the meeting.
UPCOMING SESSIONS
Have a gap in your schedule? The Upcoming Sessions section on the home page shows the sessions happening next so you can quickly fill gaps and navigate the meeting.
PROGRAM BY DAY
Navigate each day’s schedule using the Program by Day button.
CALENDAR
Use the Calendar button to see at a glance all events taking place at any given time or day of the meeting. Use the calendar view to drill down to individual sessions and presentations of interest.
MY SCHEDULE
Build your schedule and add personal meetings via the My Schedule button, and see gaps in your daily calendar so they can be easily filled.
MY BOOKMARKS & NOTES
Use the My Bookmarks & Notes button to take notes or save contact details you want to reference later, or bookmark abstracts and slides you want to come back to.
MESSAGING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Network with your peers and share your thoughts via the Messaging button. If you post on Twitter, using the hashtag #ADSA2023 will get your post added to the social media feed in the app. ADSA will be sharing attendee posts throughout the event, so use the #ADSA2023 on all platforms to join the conversation.

HELP DESK
The Help Desk area will be staffed by ADSA staff from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EDT) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
SEARCH EVERYTHING
Use the Search Everything bar at the top of the home page to search all meeting content by presenter name, abstract number, session name, key word, institution, country, and so on.
