The 2024 ADSA Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 16–19, 2024 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The ADSA Annual Meeting will address many topics and issues of interest to you as a scientist or practitioner involved in teaching, extension, research, and commercial activities in all areas of dairy science.
As ADSA pursues its strategic initiatives, for the 2024 ADSA Annual Meeting, we aim to develop new symposium opportunities that align with synergies in ADSA journals, and to create multidisciplinary programming that appeals to both Dairy Foods and Production Divisions. Please keep this initiative in mind while preparing your abstract, and reach out to us with any comments on how your abstract could help us achieve that goal.
Please visit our 2024 meeting website to find instructions for electronic submission of abstracts (deadline: February 13, 2024, 11:59 p.m. CST).

The 2024 ADSA Annual Meeting Overall Program Committee and the individual program committees are working on an exciting program that includes novel symposia and workshops. Sessions will include platform sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and other formats, as well as oral presentations by internationally known speakers, traditional poster sessions, and new 3-minute poster spotlight presentations. The outstanding planning by these committees ensures that this will be a value-packed meeting.
Special efforts are underway to welcome graduate and undergraduate students as well as industry personnel to the 2024 ADSA Annual Meeting. Again in 2024, the meeting concept will include several symposia geared to help all students succeed in various aspects of the animal agriculture industry.
We will be offering poster viewing within our meeting app to allow attendees to view as many posters as possible outside the hours of scheduled poster sessions. On-site meeting rooms will be equipped with computers, projectors, and preloaded presentations. Presentation files can be uploaded through the abstract system in advance of the meeting or accepted on-site the day before the presentation. More details will be provided closer to the time of abstract acceptance.
The registration booklet will be available to all members in early 2024. Be sure to watch your inbox and take advantage of the early registration discounts.
Whether or not you decide to submit an abstract, plan now to join us in West Palm Beach!
