Once registered for the meeting, you will use your ADSA username and password to access the meeting’s digital program. If you have forgotten your username or password, visit adsa.org/forgot to look up or reset your credentials.
After logging in, you will be at the meeting home page--your “information station” during the Annual Meeting.
This home page information and a Help page for more details are available via the app or web platform menu in the “More” option. In the app, the menu is at the bottom of the app home page, including an additional QR reader for the event. In the web platform, the menu is at the top of the home page.
Navigate the Schedule and Meeting Content
The blue buttons on the home page help you navigate to the event programming, including Symposia & Workshops, Orals, Posters, Student Events, and Ceremonies & Social Events.
Once you’ve clicked into the content, select the “filter” option in the top right corner of each page to filter further by day, scientific section, presentation or event format, and admittance.

The yellow buttons allow you to navigate by section (or content topics), abstract, or presenter.
Once you’ve clicked into the abstract content, select the “filter” option in the top right corner (or left-hand side on the web platform) to filter further by scientific section, presentation type, and format.
