USD Regional Meetings

NESA – March 1, 2025 hosted by The Pennsylvania State University

Southern Regional ADSA-USD – February 2025 (date TBD) hosted by Louisiana State University

I hope you all are doing well!

We are working on getting the activities set up for the meeting.

I’d like to have an idea of how many students and advisors are coming, so if you can have the registration form to me by February 14 that would be great!

We are tying to keep the schedule in the usual format (Thursday night, Friday, and Saturday morning, ending with a lunch on Saturday).

In order to have some tours, the meeting will wrap up near Covington, LA. That will prevent everyone from having to drive back to Baton Rouge just to turn around and head east again.

That’s why we didn’t have the hotel block set up for Saturday night.

We have some local campus tours planned for Friday afternoon as well as the Saturday morning tours. We will get the quiz bowl done in the afternoon on Friday or in the evening after dinner (we will provide dinner at our campus location).

I just wanted to get the ball rolling and let y’all know where we are in overall scheme of things.

Reminder that the hotel block expires on Feb. 5.

We are working on finalizing the schedule.

Join us for the 2025 ADSA Undergraduate Student Division Meetings in Louisville, Kentucky! Registration and membership in ADSA is required. We encourage you to promote this opportunity throughout your dairy club. Participation in the ADSA Annual Meeting offers students the opportunity to build their professional network by presenting research, learning from noted dairy professionals, competing on a national level, and attending numerous social and career building events. Best of all, undergraduate students can register for the annual meeting for free.
